We were just getting ready for bed on the full mooon night, when Julian looked out the window and saw something bright floating in the sky. It turns out that the students were, according to tradition, launching hot air ballon lanterns in celebration of the harvest moon. We put on our shoes and went out in our PJ's to watch the launching.
